Vitec ALMA Oy strengthens its organization with key appointments in product development and customer service
Henri Keski-Sikkilä started as Software development Manager at the beginning of December. Henri has extensive experience in software development and he brings valuable expertise in developing products and driving innovation. He plays a key role in steering the direction and strategy of software development as well as in creating new solutions. Henri’s broad know-how and experience offer fresh perspectives for ALMA Oy’s product development, and his contribution supports the achievement of the company’s strategic goals.
In February, Jari-Pekka Peiju was appointed Director of Product Deployment and Customer Service. Jari-Pekka has previously served as Head of the Support Team at ALMA, and in his new role, he now leads the combined deployment and support team. The goal of merging these teams is to enable smoother customer service, better information flow, and even more effective onboarding for customers. Jari-Pekka’s strong skills and expertise contribute to the development of team operations and customer service processes.These appointments support ALMA Oy’s growth and customer-focused operations.
